Hi Chris. So today I had direct tv come out and set up new service. I have had this tv for over a year now and the direct tv person was trying to put our internet on it which I have terrible internet and did not want it on there. Now a screen popped up and stated I had to activate it and I’m not wanting to I can’t get the screen off to watch direct. Called ruko and they said I had to pay 80.00. I said absolutely not because we don’t get good enough internet to even have it he said I would have to talk to you
