Chris I was contacted by dropbox after I refused to renew and customer service gave me time to back my pictures up to a thumb drive. I purchased a thumb drive and went into my Dropbox account but in that account the pictures do not open fully; instead, it says on my screen that I have access but nothing happens when I double tap the picture in the top right hand corner of my screen after I have selected the picture From the list of pictures. Can you help me to load these pictures onto my flash drive and will it make any sense to do that if I can’t open them in the first place? I’ll need some help directly on my computer if you can establish remote access
