I have an HP Officejet Pro 8670 that would not print pink or red. I change the ink cartridges but this problem remained. I then thought it was the printhead so I ordered another. OfficeMax sent me the wrong one and I returned it. However I continue to print black after returning the printhead to its proper place and printed approximately 20 copies. No it will not print because it tells me that it is missing the printed or that it is installed improperly. But, it is installed properly and was printing before. I was trying to order a new one from HP but I can’t seem to find the right location. Do I really need a new print head
