Hi I signed up for with five through viasat today, I have account number and I am waiting for an installation date; I installed the my viasat mobile app filled out info and it asked for username name and password and doesn't give me the option to register and select these. Am I doing something wrong? I was hoping to get on this app to see if there were any updates for when I might get my installation in the future.
