I have Xfinity internet and cellphone. I purchased a phone from about a month because I was told my connection issues were due to my galaxy S8+ was a few years old. Since I have had this Galaxy a70 I have had nothing but trouble. It disconnects whenever it wants, calls won't go through etc. Now my text won't go through. I have tried calling multiple times but am disconnected during my 40 minutes to one hour waits. This is totally unacceptable. I teach from home. I have to have a working phone. I tried to return it and the tech told me that was not possible because I had only transferred my account recently.
