Hi, my husband and I purchased a refrigerator in July. It was delivered on July 4th and the freezer has been inoperable since day one. We called GE Cares and a technician came out who said that it could not be repaired. We haven't heard anything back. We've tried to call customer relations for the past two days and have been on hold for hours at a time, with no one answering. Can you please tell me what we need to do? The freezer is freezing over, there's condensate on the outside and I'm afraid that one day it may leak on my kitchen floors, which are hardwood.
