I have a complaint about a ride earlier today. Around 2:15 pm I reserved a ride with lyft through my app it was a blue Toyota pryus my app said driver had arrived i waived at him and the driver just took off without any explanation or anything my mom and I had mask on and we only had 4 recyclable bags to load so I had to order another car and it was inconvenient cause my mother is elderly and it was cold out if the drivers don't feel like picking up passengers then they should find another line of work
