I was charged for 2 identical items that were returned but my Capitol One account has not been reimbursed. Date of purchase was Oct. 30. The items were threshold rubber mats. I had originally purchased the same item, it was too big so I ordered a replacement but what they sent were 2 more of the same thing. The first purchase was returned to UPS - no problem. The second delivery was the same as the first (not a different size as requested) Both were returned to the Kohls store ,as directed, in Plymouth MN So far all mats were paid for but according to my Capitol One bill I have not been reimbursed. Please advise
