There is a design flaw in my 2020 Lincoln MKZ. Inside the glove box it looks like there is a shelf, however it is not a shelf, but an open area. My disabled parking pass was put there as the person thought it was a SHELF, the pass has slipped out of sight. I am told by Lincoln it will cost ME money to locate the handicap pass!! It is YOUR DESIGN FLAW.
