We had a situation today with my return ride. James who drives a gray Dodge Dart was on the app when I punched in for the ride. The app would not let me put in the pick up locations and just kept putting in the locations I left from. James called me after several attempts to get it right. We did a couple of cancels but that didn't seem to matter either. Finally James took me home and said he would get the cancellation fee. My ride there was $12.62 Driver cancel $5.90. Neither of these charges are fair. It was not our fault your system had a wrinkle in it. Please pay James and credit me for the cancellation fee. Thank you....Read More
