I talked to Apple last week I have Century Link for Internet services and I have weak security on my IPad and IPhone and Apple tried to reset these because century Link said the problem is with my 2 IPads and I phone Apple told me to get a new password I have but still weak security on all my I products

I have been with Century Link for a long time and canceled service to 303 761 1028 over a year ago. My wife has always taken care of this but had a stroke, I got a bill for this number today ??? I don't know if they have continued on auto pay sense it was canceled or not. Need to get this corrected.

I'm being asked for my century link password word and I've never had to use one before

Century link messed my account up and emailed me to ask how our installation went on the 23rd on November. They cut us off on the 23rd cause they tripled our bill. We paid $194 and I dint think we should have to wait til Monday to have our service cut back on. Is there any way we can get it turned on now?

Cannot connect to netflex and everything is connected per century link
