Hey chris. I just found an old sony cassette tc-rx400. I played a tape, and it worked, but then when i took it out the heads got stuck in the up position. Im wondering if uve got any insight

It is brand new. I am charging it. The speaker shows lights, but will not power on. It is the BFS-6700 beFree sound. It played when it was first plugged. Then it needed to be charged and said error. This is my first time charging it.
